Hour of Power

At Studio Orenda, our Power Yoga classes are called Hour Of Power. Every level is welcome, beginner through to advanced/experienced. They are one of our most popular classes and we love watching our wide range of our students (all ages, all sizes, all types) give these classes a go and come out with a huge smile on their face. Jenna will guide you through a challenging and dynamic class that is designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles working.

Tuesday 7:15pm – 8:15pm

Wednesday 9:45am – 10:45am with Jenna

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow

These classes are great for general toning, strengthening, lengthening and aligning of the body. But it’s not just a physical practice – classes use meditation and mindfulness techniques to aid concentration and improve general mental wellbeing.

Hatha Yoga Class

Hatha Yoga Class

Mindful movement, breathing and guided relaxation. Movement that will improve strength and flexibility and tone your body. Breathing techniques that you can use in everyday life to calm your mind and relax you and guided relaxation to leave you feeling amazing for the rest of the day.

Join Robert for an invigorating Sunday morning class that seamlessly links breath with movement. His dynamic sessions are designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance, while encouraging a meditative flow. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, Robert’s expert guidance and inspiring sequences will leave you feeling energised, centered, and refreshed. Come ready to challenge yourself and deepen your practice in a supportive and uplifting environment.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

Our most relaxing class! Yin yoga is a stilling practice that cultivates a deep sense of awareness through the release of mind and body stresses. An antidote to urban life. The practice is floor-based and poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow your body to sink deeper into openings.

Lunchtime Yin Yoga 45 mins

Lunchtime Yin Yoga 45 mins

Yin comes to your lunch break. Take 45 mins to enjoy all the benefits of your Yin practice and spend the rest of the day in relaxed bliss. Classes lead by Kelly. Yin yoga is available to everyone.
