If you have never practiced yoga before, it can often be overwhelming to find a yoga class for beginners that is best suited to you.
There is absolutely no experience required to join our beginners classes. They are designed for those who have never practiced yoga before, and for those who are returning to yoga after having a break and for those who would like to learn more about the names of postures, breathing exercises and practical stretching techniques.
You are welcome to join every week or even once! There is no commitment required and a single class is £13.
