At Studio Orenda, our Power Yoga classes are called Hour Of Power. Every level is welcome, beginner through to advanced/experienced. They are one of our most popular classes and we love watching our wide range of our students (all ages, all sizes, all types) give these classes a go and come out with a huge smile on their face. Our most relaxing class! Yin yoga is a stilling practice that cultivates a deep sense of awareness through the release of mind and body stresses. An antidote to urban life. The practice is floor-based and poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow your body to sink deeper into openings.

Guided by Marinna, this is a gentle practice enhancing flexibility, strength, and well-being, tailored to meet the needs of older adults. Every yoga posture can be adapted to suit individual needs, or an alternative posture can be used to provide the same benefits. This class ensures that students feel they have engaged in a stimulating yet comfortable practice at all times, enhancing well-being and flexibility without discomfort.
